Birth showed you how powerful you are when you surrender to the unknown and allow the wisdom of your womb to lead the way. And by doing that, it tore the veil between who you were and who you are becoming.

On one side, there’s the woman you used to be — her rhythms, her certainties, the self she spent years building. On the other, there’s something entirely new and vast and completely unknown. And in between the two, it’s you, standing exactly at the place where those two worlds meet, holding a tiny human that’s totally dependent on you.

Nothing prepared you for this particular kind of vertigo. The beauty of it. The rawness of it. The way it asks everything of you all at once without asking if it’s too much or if it hurts.

Because the truth is that postpartum is not a recovery. It’s an initiation.

And initiations were never meant to be walked alone.

This journey is guided by your body and your needs as the compass and north star. There is no prewritten agenda, no rigid curriculum. What comes through is what you need, when you need it.

  • Nervous system restoration — meeting the dysregulation that lives in a postpartum body and learning to come home to safety within yourself.

  • Core & pelvic floor rebuilding — approached with thorough assessment, deep care and reverence for what your body has just done and what is still integrating.

  • Emotional & identity integration — gradually building the capacity to hold the grief, the expansion, the identity shift, the love that breaks you open — and allowing yourself to receive the gifts that come from fully experiencing it all, without rushing or running from it.

HI, I’M CRIS

I’m a practitioner, mentor, and Mother — and I have devoted my work to walking alongside women through one of the most transformative thresholds of their lives.

I know what it feels like to stand at the threshold of motherhood with no map, no village, and no one to tell you that what you are feeling is not a crisis — it is a crossing.

I have intimately experienced the exhaustion of giving everything to a new life while your own is quietly asking to be seen. I gave birth in June 2020 in the middle of a pandemic, in a foreign country, far away from both our families, and I’ve spent months and years figuring out on my own everything, from nutrition to body care and physical restoration, from emotional and mental health support to identity and spiritual integration.

What I found on the other side of that unravelling — and what I wish someone had offered me in the thick of it — became the foundation of The Sanctuary.

My work draws from somatic healing, womb and pelvic care, nervous system restoration, physical training, and the deep well of ancestral feminine wisdom. But more than any modality, what I bring into this space is presence. The willingness to sit with you inside the uncharted territory of your becoming and hold you through it all — without rushing, without fixing, without asking you to be anywhere other than exactly where you are.

The Sanctuary was born from my own initiation into motherhood and from an unwavering commitment to walking beside every Mother who is ready to be deeply met through hers. Because when a Mother is truly held — not managed, not coached through a curriculum, but genuinely held — everything changes. For her. For her baby. For every generation that follows.

Cris is a skilled practitioner and mentor who brings all facets of her work into every session — from nervous system support to rebuilding your core and pelvic floor — always bridging the wisdom of the body with the spirit.

Inside this mentorship you will receive:

2 × 60-minute 1:1 sessions per month — held live via Zoom, devoted entirely to you and your unfolding.

Private Telegram access, Monday to Friday— voice note and text support with Cris between sessions, so you are never left alone in the hard moments.

Weekly personalised practice and nutrition plan — each week you will receive a meal plan and a practice crafted specifically for where you are in your journey. Physical restoration, embodiment practices, somatic invitations, audio journeys — thoughtfully woven together to meet your body's current landscape and support your integration between sessions.

Access to The Well-Resourced Mother Library — your own private online portal that you can return to again and again. A living, breathing collection of recorded practices, guided audio journeys, and resources that will continue to nourish you long after your Sanctuary journey is complete.
