Pregnancy & Postpartum
are two of the most important rites of passage in a woman’s life — transformative thresholds that crack you open and reshape you from the inside out.
These are not merely physical experiences, but profound spiritual and emotional awakenings that redefine your identity, deepen your intuition, and connect you to the timeless lineage of Mothers who came before you.
Yet our modern world has forgotten how to hold Mothers through this threshold.
Unlike our ancestors who centered the health and wellbeing of Mothers with postpartum rituals, nourishing foods, and community support, today’s Mothers are expected to bounce back quickly, do it all alone, and prioritize everyone else’s needs above their own.
This cultural neglect doesn’t just make the transition to motherhood harder — it leaves women exhausted, stressed, and depleted, robbed of the opportunity to fully embody and savor one of life’s most profound transformations.
The Mother Goddess
is about reclaiming sacred motherhood and building practices and community that honor your body’s wisdom and help you feel held, nurtured, and seen.
Rooted in ancient Goddess wisdom and grounded in embodied, nervous system-aware care, this work honors the depth of becoming a Mother and offers support that is gentle, compassionate, and devotional.
The Mother Goddess does not aim to fix mothers — it’s here to hold them in their becoming.
MY STORY
My work emerged from a deep calling to reframe pregnancy and postpartum as sacred rites of passage rather than experiences to endure, manage, or quickly move through.
Drawing from somatic practices, nervous-system alignment, ritual frameworks, and ancestral feminine wisdom, I help women connect to their bodies with trust and compassion. This isn’t about getting back to who you once were — it’s about integrating forward into who you are becoming.
Through The Mother Goddess I offer holistic pregnancy and postpartum support — addressing not only the physical body, but also emotional integration, identity shifts, and the often-unspoken inner landscape of motherhood.
However, I don’t shy away from admitting that my journey as a Mother hasn’t been always smooth.
Like many of you, I’ve lived through the waves of uncertainty and the fires of change and I ended up feeling defeated, depleted and broken time and time again. For years, I sacrificed my inner knowing and authentic voice for the approval of others and the illusion of safety.
Until one day, when everything collapsed under the weight of the false rhetoric of the society we’re living in and I remembered the truth my body had been trying to tell me this whole time…
You are the daughter of the Mother Goddess and you have been granted the power of creation and destruction, light and shadow, the capacity for blissful love, sacred rage and everything in between.
You have the capacity to dissolve into a million pieces and put yourself back together at any given moment. You are the beginning and the end.
You are HER.
This awakening didn't happen overnight, and the path wasn't linear. It required me to unlearn everything I'd been taught about what it means to be a "good mother" and reclaim what my body, my intuition, and my ancestors had always known.
I began weaving together the practices that had carried me through — somatic healing, womb and pelvic care, nervous system regulation, energetic alignment, and deep nourishment — not as separate tools, but as an integrated path back to wholeness.
This is how The Mother Goddess was born: from my own initiation and my deep commitment to ensuring no Mother walks this path feeling alone or unsupported.
Now, I guide women through pregnancy and postpartum with the same reverence that transformed my own journey. Through holistic programs and personalized support, I help Mothers prepare for birth, recover with grace, and step into their power — not by doing more, but by remembering who they are.
Because when you reconnect with the Mother Goddess within, everything shifts. You stop apologizing for your needs. You stop shrinking to fit outdated narratives. You rise, rooted and radiant, claiming the nourishment, rest, and sacred care that is your innate birthright.
My work is guided by a broader commitment to maternal care as a human right — including care that extends beyond my immediate community.
