Hi, I’m Cris

…and I’m here to guide you towards a more grounded, sovereign and resourceful motherhood journey — and challenge those deep seated beliefs that motherhood goes hand in hand with exhaustion, stress and self-abandonment.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m no exception.

Like many of you, I’ve lived through the waves of uncertainty and the fires of change and I ended up feeling defeated, depleted and broken time and time again. For years, I sacrificed my inner knowing and authentic voice for the approval of others and the illusion of safety.

Until one day, when everything collapsed under the weight of false rhetoric of the society we’re living in and I remembered the truth my body had been trying to tell me this whole time.

In the beginning it felt soft and subtle, like a shiver of energy flowing up my spine, connecting my womb and my heart — but when I stopped and listened, the signal got strong and clear and I could hear the following words pouring from within every cell of my body…

You are the daughter of the Mother Goddess and you had been granted the power of creation and destruction, light and shadow, the capacity for blissful love, sacred rage and everything in between.

You have the capacity to dissolve into million pieces and put yourself back together at any given moment. You are the beginning and the end.

You are HER.

I could feel the tears rolling off my cheeks while my face was illuminated by the light of the moon and the blessings of the Mother Goddess. I smiled and my whole body opened up to receive Her with endless gratitude and devotion.

Once the spell of the illusion disolved and the Goddess code was reactivated, the path forward became crystal clear. My mission was to help mothers remember and awaken the Mother Goddess in each of them.

This awakening didn't happen overnight, and the path wasn't linear. It required me to unlearn everything I'd been taught about what it means to be a "good mother" and reclaim what my body, my intuition, and my ancestors had always known. I began weaving together the practices that had carried me through — somatic healing, womb and pelvic care, nervous system regulation, energetic , and deep nourishment — not as separate tools, but as an integrated path back to wholeness. This is how The Mother Goddess was born: from my own initiation and my deep commitment to ensuring no mother walks this path feeling alone or unsupported.

Now, I guide women through pregnancy and postpartum with the same reverence and intentionality that transformed my own journey. Through holistic programs and personalized support, I help mothers prepare for birth, recover with grace, and step into their power — not by doing more, but by remembering who they've always been.

Because when you reconnect with the Mother Goddess within, everything shifts. You stop apologizing for your needs. You stop shrinking to fit outdated narratives. You rise, rooted and radiant, claiming the nourishment, rest, and sacred care that is your birthright.

The Mother Goddess Path

Mother Goddess wisdom offers profound guidance for pregnancy and postpartum,
emphasizing trust in natural processes and honoring the transformative journey of motherhood.

1. TRUSTING YOUR BODY’S WISDOM

The mother goddess tradition teaches deep trust in the body’s innate knowledge. During pregnancy, this means honoring your body’s signals: resting when tired, eating what nourishes you, and trusting that your body knows how to grow and birth a baby. This way of seeing the body is not aligned with the view that pregnancy is primarily a medical condition requiring constant management, which is usually promoted by western medicine.

2. CREATING SACRED SPACE

Mother Goddess traditions emphasize the sacredness of life transitions. This means creating rituals around pregnancy milestones, honoring your changing body, or establishing postpartum practices that support deep rest and bonding rather than rushing back to “normal” life.

3. SEASONAL APPROACH TO RECOVERY

Just as nature has seasons of activity and dormancy, Mother Goddess wisdom supports extended postpartum rest and gradual re-emergence. This counters cultural pressure to “bounce back” quickly and instead honors the need for a true recovery period.

4. EMBRACING CYCLICAL CHANGES

Pregnancy and postpartum involve dramatic physical, emotional, and spiritual cycles. Mother Goddess wisdom helps normalize these fluctuations - the energy surges and exhaustion, emotional highs and lows, the ebb and flow of milk production. Rather than fighting these changes, this approach encourages moving with them like natural rhythms.

5. COMMUNITY & SUPPORT NETWORKS

Many Mother Goddess cultures emphasize the impostance of community support during childbearing. This wisdom suggests seeking and accepting help, understanding that raising children is meant to be a community effort, not a solitary struggle.

6. HONORING THE DARK & LIGHT

Mother Goddess figures embody both creation and destruction, light and shadow. This perspective validates the complexity of maternal experience - that you can feel profound love alongside grief, excitement mixed with fear, or joy intertwined with loss of your former self. These contradictions aren’t problems to solve but natural aspects of transformation.
