Dispute Resolution

Both You and The Mother Goddess agree that any dispute or claim arising from or relating to these T&C shall be settled by arbitration administered by the European Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Liability Disclaimer

The information and content on this Site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. The Mother Goddess may make periodical changes at any time. The Mother Goddess makes no representations about the suitability, reliability, timeliness, or accuracy or the information on the Site. International Users

The Mother Goddess is owned and operated in Germany. If you access the Site or services provided by The Mother Goddess outside of the European Union, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

The Mother Goddess reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the German laws without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the laws of the European Union.

This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy“) describes the types of information The Mother Goddess collects when you access our services, including the enhancements, features, related website, and contents (the “Services“). It also describes how we use and disclose such information, as well as your rights with respect to The Mother Goddess collection, use, and disclosure of such information.

Mama Healing Journey uses Aggregate Information:

(6) for other legitimate business purposes.

Mama Healing Journey may share Aggregate Information with its affiliates and certain third parties, such as investors, potential investors, and third party service providers we use to provide the Services.

Aggregate Information is anonymized and does not have the capacity to be used to identify an individual. In other words, The Mother Goddess may share this information, but no Personal Data will be disclosed to third parties.

When you click on links in our on-line store or through our website, they may direct you away from our website.
